Are you importing food products containing pasteurized egg ingredients from Canada? 🥚

Group Transit provides APHIS license for Canadian manufactures exporting to USA

Fully finished, non-shelf stable, and non-commercially packaged and labeled food products containing pasteurized egg/egg product ingredients, originating from, or transiting all of Canada, must be accompanied by an APHIS Import permit.

Import Alert: Import Restrictions on Canada due to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza 

Additionally, the importation of fresh, unprocessed shell/table eggs and other egg products (like liquid eggs and dried egg whites) from restricted zones is prohibited unless they are sent directly to an APHIS-approved breaking and pasteurization facility.

If you’re not exporting to an APHIS-approved establishment into the USA, you need to have your APHIS permits.
